Cancellation:
1. Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at TFF.
2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to thefootballfrenzy2015@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.
NO RETURN AND REFUND IS APPLICABLE ON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS.
Returns:
We ACCEPT returns if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the jersey provided to you. In such case, drop a whats-app message with your order ID & email id / Registered mobile number on our official whats-app number +917021888235 and we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse on which you’ll have to ship the jersey back to us. The cost of this return shipment has to be born by you and won’t be reimbursed. Although the cost of the jersey will be refunded via digital mode of payment on delivery of the return jersey. Kindly make sure the jersey is in the original condition with all tags intact. If not then the refund would be declined.
In case if there is a manufacturing defect in the jersey, then kindly take an image of the same and drop a text on our whats-app number +917021888235. We’ll take care of the rest and replace it ASAP.
Exchange:
If there is a size issue with the jersey then drop a whats-app message with your order ID & email id / Registered mobile number on our official whats-app number +917021888235 before 5 days of the product been delivered. We will check if the revised size is in stock. If yes, then we’ll provide you with the nearest warehouse address were you would have to ship the jersey. On receiving it, we will check the jersey and if found in original condition we will ship the revised size in a day or two. In any case if the revised size isn’t available then you are free to choose any other jersey or opt for a refund. Exchange request should be made within 5 days of the product delivered,

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
